Chicken Yakitori

Ingredients:


1 pound boneless chicken breast

1/2 cup sake

1/2 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon garlic

2 medium green bell pepper

1 medium Onion

24 large bamboo skewer
 

Preparation / Directions:


cut chicken into 1-inch cubes combine sake, soy, sugar, and garlic-mix well pour over chicken cover and chill for 2-3 hours drain well and pour reserved marinade into a saucepan thread chicken, bell peppers, and onions onto bamboo skewers grill over hot coals for 4-6 minutes heat marinade to a boil, over a medium flame remove from heat arrange skewers onto a serving platter serve skewers hot, with heated marinade to the side
