Creole Creole Chicken

Ingredients:

1 medium fryer chicken cut up
1 medium green pepper -- chopped
6 medium green onions -- chopped
16 Ounces can tomato paste
1/4 Pound cooked ham
1 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Pound polish sausage -- sliced
3 Cups cooked rice
3 dashes hot sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:

In crockpot combine chicken, pepper, onions, tomatoes, tomato paste , ham, salt and hot pepper sauce. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours. Turn control to high. Add sausage and cooked rice. Cover and cook on high 20 minutes.
