Chicken and Mushrooms Marsala

1 can tomato sauce -- (15 oz.)
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds frying chicken pieces skinned
8 ounces mushrooms sliced
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons marsala wine
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation / Directions:

in 13 X 9 X 2 Inch Baking Dish,Mix Sauce, Mushrooms, Sugar, Salt and Pepper. Place Chicken in Dish and Coat With Sauce Mixture. Cover Tightly With Foil and Bake At 350 F. For 30 Min. Turn Chicken Over and Bake, Uncovered, 30 Min. Longer. Place Chicken On Serving Platter. Stir Marsala Into Sauce and Pour Over.
