1 Pound turkey breast slices
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
3 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Finely chopped gingerroot
2 medium Green onions (with tops)
2 Clove Garlic -- crushed

Preparation / Directions:

Mix all ingredients in glass bowl or plastic bag. Cover bowl or seal bag tightly. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Remove turkey slices.Set oven control to broil. Place turkey on rack in broiler pan. Place broiler pan so top of turkey is 4 inches from heat. Broil turkey about 7 minutes, turning once.
