8 slices sourdough bread -- toasted
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 medium avocados mashed
8 slices purple onion
4 slices Monterey Jack or provolone cheese
8 slices bacon -- cooked
8 pieces lettuce leaves
8 slices tomato
8 slices roasted chicken breast -- cut 1/4 inch thick
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation / Directions:

Spread 1 side of each bread slice evenly with mayonnaise; spread half of slices with mashed avocado, and top with onion and next 5 ingredients. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with remaining bread slices; serve sandwiches immediately.
