Preparation / Directions:
1. remove bones from chicken wings, without tearing skin, leaving tips intact. 2. in large skillet, saute onion and pork on medium heat until onions are soft. 3. drain excess grease and return to heat. 4. add parsley, basil and mushrooms. saute for five minutes. 5. in bowl, combine saute mixture with bread crumbs and egg. let cool. 6. preheat oven to 375ø. 7. stuff the wings by pressing the mixture into the open end with your fingers. 8. return stuffed chicken wings to skillet. 9. saute wings over medium heat until browned. 10. place wings in a baking dish and finish in the oven, approximately 30 minutes. 11. serve with tomato basil curry sauce.
