3 Pounds chicken wings
2/3 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup Honey
2 tablespoons Five-spice powder
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 Clove Garlic -- crushed

Preparation / Directions:

Five-spice powder gives these wings a special Asian punch. Cut each chicken wing at joints to make 3 pieces; discard tips. Place chicken wings in shallow glass or plastic dish. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning occasiona oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken on rack in aluminum foil-lined broiler pan and reserve marinade. Brush chicken with reserved marinade. Bake 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake 30 minutes longer, brushing occasionally with marinade, until juices run clear. To Microwave: Marinate chicken in rectangular microwavable dish, 11 X 7 X 1-1/2 inches; drain. Cover tightly and microwave on high 10 to 13 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes, until juices run clear.You can prepare these chicken wings a day in advance. Just cook as directed, then cover and refrigerate. Heat uncovered at 375 degrees about 15 minutes or until piping hot.
