Crispy Chicken Wings

1 large egg
2 tablespoons milk
8 pieces chicken wings
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 dash pepper
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter

Preparation / Directions:

Beat egg with milk. Coat wings in mixture of flour, salt, paprika, and pepper. Dipe in egg mixture. Roll in bread crumbs. Melt butter in baking dish at 425 degrees. Roll chicken wings in melted butter. Brown 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees. Bake 40 minutes or until done.
