Honey Baked Chicken Wings

3 pounds chicken wings
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons chili sauce 1 cup honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation / Directions:

Season chicken well. Rub with oil and bake in a pre-heated 400F oven for 15 minutes. Combine all remaining ingredients and mix with wings, reduce heat to 375F and bake another 45 minutes. If the sauce start to caramelize, reduce the heat again.
