Easy Baked Chicken Wings

8 medium Chicken Wings
1 bottle Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
1 small green bell pepper
1 small red bell pepper
1 pint fresh sliced mushrooms
1 stick Margarine
1 tablespoons Your favorite seasoning salts

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350. Add about two teaspoons of margarine to your baking dish. Put the dish in the oven and let the margarine melt. When the margarine has melted thoroughly, take the dish out of the oven. Season your chicken wings with your favirote seasoning salts. ( The ones I use are Accent, Soul Food Seasoning Salt, Lemon seasoning salt, black pepper, and salt). Season both sides of the chicken. Cut the red and green bell peppers in long thin slices. Place the chicken in the dish. Put as many bell pepper slices in as you like. Add the sliced mushrooms (as many or as few as you want). (You can substitute fresh mushrooms for canned but trust me, it'll taste better fresh). Pour about half of the dressing over the chicken. Cook at 300 degrees for about 45 minutes or until done.
