Tearoom Cheese Wafers

1/4 pound butter -- softened
1 cup flour
1 dash salt
1 dash paprika
1 dash cayenne pepper
1/2 pound cheddar cheese -- grated
1 spray non-stick vegetable oil

Preparation / Directions:

In bowl, mix together first five ingredients; add cheese; mix well. Spray baking pan with oil. Roll dough into 48 balls; press down lightly to from disks. Bake at 350 degrees until brown on edges, about 10 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
