Ingredients:


2 cups smoked cheddar cheese

2 cups swiss cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup onion

1 teaspoon garlic puree

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon celery salt

1/8 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce

1 1/4 pounds assorted savory crackers
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a food processor process until smooth and well blended cover and chill for 30 minutes form into a log wrap in plastic and chill for 2-96 hours serve at room temperature, with assorted savory crackers to the side
