1 pound cream cheese
1/4 cup tomato juice
1 teaspoon garlic puree
1/8 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce

Preparation / Directions:

cut cream cheese to a thickness of 3/4-inch place onto a heatproof serving platter combine remaining ingredients-mix well spoon over cream cheese place onto a sheet of foil, as far away from coals as possible cover and smoke for 40-45 minutes serve warm or at room temperature, with assorted crackers to the side
