Scallion-Cheese Crackers

Ingredients:


1/2 cup butter

2 cups cheddar cheese

1/2 ounce dry scallion dip mix

1 cup flour
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine butter and cheese in a mixing bowl beat until smooth stir in dip mix and flour beat until well blended divide in half and shape into logs wrap in plastic and chill for 4-24 hours cut into 1/4-inch slices place on a greased baking sheet bake @ 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly browned serve hot, warm, or at room temperature
