Mom's Cheese Ball

Ingredients:


12 ounces fat-free cream cheese -- softened

8 ounces fat-free cheddar cheese -- shredded

1/2 cup onions -- chopped

1/4 cup olives -- chopped

1/2 cup reduced fat ritz -- (r) cracker crumbs
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onions, and olives. Mix well. Chill until firm. Then form into a ball and roll in cracker crumbs. Chill again before serving.
