Ham - Cream Cheese Roll-Ups

1 package boiled ham slices -- (8 oz.)
1 package cream cheese -- (6 oz.)
1 jar jeannes hot pepper jelly inch

Preparation / Directions:

(recipe found else where In this cookbook) Blot excess moisture off ham slices with paper towels. Spread each slice of ham with softened cream cheese. Then spread pepper jelly over cheese. Beginning '4th narrow end, roll each ham slice up as for jeUy roll. Secure with toothpicks every half inch. Slice between toothpicks. If so desired, add olive slice to toothpicks. Keep chilled until ready to serve. Each ham slice should make 5 to 6 roll-ups. Total approxiniately 25 to 30. Jeanne Unger Notes:Manna and Memories Appetize
