Ingredients:

4 cups Plain yogurt
1/4 cup Chopped fresh or
1 tablespoon Dried dill weed
1 teaspoon Salt
2 Clove Garlic finely chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:

This cheese is very close to the consistency of cream cheese, but has. Line 6-inch strainer with paper coffee filter or double thickness cheeseclo Place strainer over bowl. Mix all ingredients. Pour into strainer Cover strainer and bowl. Refrigerate at least 12 hours.Unmold onto plate. Garnish with freshly ground peppers and additional dill weed if desired. You can use a coeur a la creme mold to make an attractive heart-shaped cheese. Because these molds have fewer drainage holes than a strainer, refrigerate the shaped cheese for at least 24 hours, draining off the liquid (whey) occasionally. Serve with crackers and vegetable slices.
