1 Cup unsalted butter
4 slices bread
1 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 slices danish ham
2 slices emmentaler cheese
2 slices swiss cheese
2 large eggs
1 Cup unsalted butter
1 Cup olive oil

Preparation / Directions:

Spread a slice of bread with soft butter. Spread 2nd slice with mustard. Add 1 slice ham and 1 slice emmentaler and Swiss cheese. Press sandwich together. Dip sandwich into beaten egg. Repeat for second sandwich. Melt unsalted butter and olive oil in skillet. Cook sandwiches on each side until golden brown and cheese is melty. Serve hot. Approximately 5-7 minutes.
