2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 pound cream cheese
1 tablespoon white wine
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon creole mustard
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup almonds

Preparation / Directions:

Combine cheddar, cream cheese, wine, mayonnaise, mustard, and cayenne in a food processor process until well blended and smooth add relish and pulse to mix cover and chill for 1-2 hours form into a log cover and chill for 2-96 hours unwrap and roll in almonds to coat well serve at room temperature, with assorted savory crackers
