Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients:


32 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes

1 can cream of chicken soup

8 ounces sour cream

8 ounces cheddar cheese -- shredded

1 medium onion -- chopped

1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine the above ingredients in a large bowl. Place in 9x13 baking dish and place 1 stick of butter (cut into pats) over top. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour until bubbly and browned on top. This dish can be reheated in an oven or microwave for potlucks.
