Ingredients:


1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup butter

1/2 cup beer

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

3 cups flour

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

1/4 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine cheese and butter in a food processor process until well blended cover and let stand for 30-60 minutes, allowing flavors to meld add beer and worcestershire sauce-mix well combine flour, dry mustard, and salt-mix well add to cheese mixture-mix well spoon into a pastry bag pipe in strips onto a parchment-lined baking sheet bake @ 400 degrees for 7-8 minutes, until edges are lightly browned remove from oven serve hot, warm, or at room temperature
