2 pounds cheese -- (velvetta)
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
10 drops tobasco sauce -- no more, up to 15
10 ounces creamy style horseradish -- up to 12
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder -- up to 1/2
1/4 cup parsley flakes
16 ounces small curd cottage cheese

Preparation / Directions:

Chop cheese in small pieces. Melt over hot water, stirring often. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into air tight storage containers. Store in refrigerator or freezer. You may mash or lightly blend cottage cheese if you do not want the texture.
