1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted margarine
24 ounces softened cream cheese
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation / Directions:

Mix first three ingredients and press into 24 lighly greased or paper lined cupcake pans. Beat cheese till fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Spoon equal amounts of mix into prepared cups( about 3 TB). Bake at 300* for 20 minutes or until cakes spring back when lightly touched. Cool. Chill.
