Hugs and Chips Cheesecake

6 ounces cream cheese softened
14 ounces Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 teaspoon flour
1 crust ready-made chocolate pie crust
6 ounces Chocolate Glaze
3 pieces Chocolate curls (optional)

Preparation / Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F. With mixer, beat cheese until fluffy: gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. 2. Toss chips with flour and stir into cheese mixture. Pour into crust. 3. Bake 35 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool and top with Glaze and curls. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers. Chocolate Glaze: Melt 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips with 1/4 cup whipping cream; cook and stir until thickened and smooth. Immediately spread over pie.
