Gruyere Cheesecake

Ingredients:


2 cups breadcrumbs

1/4 cup gruyere cheese

3 teaspoons unsalted butter

2 cups small curd cottage cheese

1/4 cup flour

1/8 teaspoon cayenne

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups gruyere cheese

4 large egg
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine breadcrumbs, finely grated cheese, and butter-mix well press gently but firmly onto the bottom and up the sides of a 10-inch springform pan cover and chill combine cottage cheese, flour, cayenne, cream, and remaining cheese in a mixer bowl-mix well beat in the eggs, one at a time pour into the prepared crust bake @ 325 degrees for 65 minutes, or until set remove from oven, cool serve warm or at room temperature
