Creamy Baked Cheesecake

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup margarine -- melted
16 ounces cream cheese
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
3 large eggs
1/4 cup lemon juice
8 ounces sour cream
1 pint fresh strawberries -- sliced

Preparation / Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. 2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine; press firmly on the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. 3. In a large mxing bowl beat cheese until fluffy, graduallly beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. 4. Add eggs and lemon juice; mix well. 5. Pour into prepared pan and bake 50-55 minutes or until center is set; top with sour cream. 6. Bake 5 minutes longer, cool and chill. Just before serving remove sides of the springform pan and top with sliced strawberries.
