Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake

1/3 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
24 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
14 ounces condensed milk
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
20 pieces miniature peanut butter cups -- coarsely chopped
1 recipe peanut butter drizzle**
1 ounce semisweet chocolate
2 teaspoons peanut butter

Preparation / Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. 2. Combine margarine, crumbs, and sugar; press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. 3. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese and peanut butter until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in peanut butter cups. 4. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Garnish with Peanut Butter Drizzle. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers. Peanut Butter Drizzle: In a small saucepan, melt chocolate with peanut butter.
