1 crust keebler graham cracker pie crust -- 9 oz
8 ounces cream cheese -- softened
14 ounces fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
21 ounces cherry pie filling

Preparation / Directions:

In medium bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Refrigerate 4 hours. Top with cherry pie filling before serving. Variations: Top with fresh fruits, chocolate sauce or preserves.
