Cran-Apple Cheesecake

1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 1/4 cups flour
16 ounces cream cheese -- softened
2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
3 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup apple -- peeled/chopped
1/2 cup cranberries -- coarsely chopped
3/4 cup cinnamon

Preparation / Directions:

Combine margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs. Add flour; mix well. Spread dough onto bottom and sides of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 450 F. for 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar nad flour, mixing at Meidum speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream. Toss apples and cranberries with remaining sugar nad cinnamon. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 F. for 50 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.
