delicious chicken casserole. Comfort food good for a winter dish. serves many with leftovers.


1 medium Onion
2 cups mushrooms quartered
1 teaspoon red pepper chopped
1/2 stick butter
4 cups cooked chicken chunked up
1 package thin spegatti
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 ounces velveeta cubed
1/2 cup milk

Preparation / Directions:

cook spagetti in large pot. Meanwhile, Saute' in large skillet onions and butter for 3 minutes. Add chopped peppers sautee' for 3 more minutes. Add quartered mushrooms sautee' till just tender. Remove from heat. wisk together in large bowl soups and milk, stir in sautee'd veggies, chicken and velveeta. pour into large casserole dish bake at 350 for 35 minutes or till bub
