2 pounds sweet potato -- 4-cups mashed
1/2 package butter buds
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 package marshmallows

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees Boil potatoes whole until soft, about 30 minutes. Peel potatoes while hot and mash. Add all other ingredients and beat until fluffy. Spoon into a shallow casserole. Top with marshmallows. Bake until golden brown on top for about 30 minutes.
