Ingredients:


2 1/2 cups diced cooked potatoes

1 1/2 cups cubed ham

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

2 large eggs -- beaten

3 tablespoons sliced green onions

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

2 medium sliced green onions -- for garnish
 

Preparation / Directions:


Arrange diced potatoes and ham cubes in a shallow buttered casserole. Stir together cheese, sour cream, eggs, 3 tablespoons green onions, and seasoned salt. Pour mixture over ham and potatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350ΓΈ for 30 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with green onion slices before serving.
