Crabmeat Casserole

Ingredients:


8 ounces crabmeat

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix

1 medium Onion -- chopped

1 cup light cream

1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper -- to taste

1/2 package Extra stuffing mix -- for top of casserole

1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix everything together and top with extra stuffing mix and Parmesan cheese. Bake in small casserole dish in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.
