Beef and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:


1 pound hamburger

2 medium onion

3 teaspoons tabasco -- (add more or omit)

1 pound american processed cheese -- shredded
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown hamburger and drain. Add the onion and saute over medium-high heat, for 10 minutes. Add tobasco, if using it. Add the shreddred cheese, and put a lid on the skillet, and turn the fire off. Leave the skillet on the burner, with the lid on, for 10 minutes. The heat will melt the cheese.
