Qantas's Beef pie

A delicious curry.
 

Ingredients:


1 crust deep dish frozen pie crust

5 large eggs

1/2 cup ricotta

1/2 cup grated cheese

3 links sausage links -- (skinned,cooked and drained well)

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Pre-bake pie shell. Place sausage on bottom of crust. Blend eggs and cheeses and seasoning. Pour over sausage and bake 350 for 45 min or until center is almost firm.
