Chicken Stroganoff Casserole

Ingredients:


1 package hamburger helper mix for potatoes stroganoff

3 cups boiling water

2/3 cup milk

3 ounces cream cheese cut into cubes and softened

10 ounces green peas frozen , thawed and drained

21 1/2 ounces breaded chicken chunks frozen
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix uncooked potatoes, sauce mix, boiling water, milk and cream cheese in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. Top with peas and chicken. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
