Spinach Lasagna Casserole

Ingredients:


10 ounces frozen chopped spinach

1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

1/2 cup cottage cheese small curd creamed

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

1 pound ground beef

1 clove garlic finely chopped

1 package hamburger helper mix for lasagna

3 cups hot water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse spinach with cold water to separate; drain thoroughly. Mix mozzarella, cottage and Parmesan cheese. Cook beef and garlic in skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Mix beef mixture, spinach, uncooked pasta, sauce mix, and water in ungreased 2-quart casserole or baking dish. Spoon cheese mixture evenly over top. Bake uncovered 40 to 50 minutes or until top is golden brown and sauce is bubbly.
