Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients:


1/2 cup margarine -- melted

3 stalks celery -- thinly sliced

2 medium onions -- finely chopped

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 )

2 1/2 cups water

2 packages wild rice and long grain converted rice -- (7 oz each)

1 can sliced mushrooms -- (4 oz) drained

1/2 pound processed American cheese -- cubed
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in crock pot; stir throughly. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 10 hours (on high setting for 2 to 3 1/2 hours)
