Sweet Potato Casserole 1

Ingredients:


3 cups sweet potatoes

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup evaporated milk

2 large eggs

1 stick margarine melted

1 cup brown sugar

1 stick Margarine softened

1 cup chopped pecans

3/4 cup flour
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat together potatoes, sugar, evaporated milk, eggs, and melted butter. Place in casserole dish. Mix together brown sugar, softened margarine, pecans, and flour. Top potatoes with brown sugar mixture, and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
