Red Links Casserole

Ingredients:


1 1/2 pounds pork sausage links

6 small onions

1 can tomato soup -- (10 3/4oz) undiluted

1/4 cup chili sauce

6 medium potatoes -- peeled and cut in 1-inch cubes

1 teaspoon salt and pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large skillet, brown sausage links well on all sides. Remove from skillet; drain fat. Cut sausage into 1-inch pieces. Add onions to skillet; brown lightly. Stir in tomato soup and chili sauce, blending well. Add potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer about 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
