Mom's Spanish Rice

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons Salad oil

1 1/3 cups Rice

2 tablespoons onion -- minced

1 pound ground beef

1/2 teaspoon Salt

2 cans tomato sauce -- 8 ounces each

1 piece Beef bouillon cube

1 cup Hot water

1 teaspoon Soy sauce

1 teaspoon Salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


In hot fat in skillet, cook rice with onion and beef till golden brown. Add salt and rest of ingredients; simmer, covered until rice is tender. Makes 4 servings.
