Home-Style Creamed Corn Casserole

Ingredients:


34 ounces cream style corn

1 cup minute rice

1 large egg -- slightly beaten

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well.

2. Pour into greased 9" square baking dish.

3. Bake at 375øF for 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

4. Garnish as desired and serve.

Microwave Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well.

2. Pour into greased 9" square microwaveable dish. Cover with plastic wrap and cook at high 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbs.

3. Garnish as desired and serve.
