Ham and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:


4 cups chopped -- peeled tomatoes

3 cups chopped cooked ham

1/2 cup water

2 medium green peppers -- chopped

2 small onions -- chopped

1 clove garlic

3/4 cup uncooked regular rice

2 tablespoons butter -- melted

2 tablespoons catsup

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients, and stir well. Spoon into a lightly greased 3 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
