Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredients:


3 cups cooked rice -- (1 c. uncooked regular or

1 3/4 cups minute rice)

1 can chopped pimentos -- (4 oz.)

1 1/2 cups cooked and diced chicken

1/4 Cup canned mushrooms

1/2 cup blanched almonds

1 3/4 cups chicken broth

1 1/2 tablespoons flour -- (blended with broth)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine rice and pimentos. Place 1/3 of rice mixture in greased casserole. Alternate layers of remaining ingredients except broth. Pour chicken broth seasoned with salt and pepper and blended with flour over mixture. Place in 350F oven for 1 hour.
