Chicken Noodle Casserole

Ingredients:


1 package chicken thighs

1 package egg noodles

1 medium Onion -- chopped

1 can cream of chicken soup -- condensed

1 can cream of mushroom soup -- condensed

1/2 can milk

1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste

2 clove garlic -- to taste

1 Cup bread crumbs or cornflakes -- for topping
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Boil chicken with onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. When chicken is tender, Remove and boil noodles in same water, adding more water as needed.

2. Let chicken cool, then remove meat from bone and put in casserole dish.

3. When noodles are cooked, drain and add to chicken. Add soups and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Top with bread crumbs or crushed cornflakes and bake in 350 F. oven until heated through, about 30 minutes.
