Cheesy Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:


3 slices white bread -- quartered

2 cups small-curd cottage cheese

6 large eggs

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese -- (4 oz.)

4 slices swiss cheese -- (1 oz.)

1 Cup grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon paprika
 

Preparation / Directions:


Line a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish with bread. Spread cottage cheese over bread. Combine eggs, salt, and pepper; beat well. Stir in Cheddar cheese; pour over cottage cheese. Arrange Swiss cheese over egg mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 325 F for 30 minutes.
