Campbells Cheddar Potato Bake

Ingredients:


1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup

1/3 cup sour cream

2 Tablespoons green onion -- chopped

1 teaspoon pepper

3 cups potatoes -- stiff mashed
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. In a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish combine soup, sour cream, onion and pepper. Stir in potatoes until well blended. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese and slice green onion if desired.
