Beef Potato Casserole

Ingredients:


1 pound ground beef

1 cup minced onion

3/4 cup a-1 steak sauce

1 1/2 pounds potato -- peeled boiled and drained

1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


Book and stir beef and onions in skillet five minutes; drain. Add steak sauce. heat to a boil and simmer fixe minutes. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mash potatoes with butter and milk. Spread evenly over beef mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 minutes; garnish with parsley greens
