Honey Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:


3 cups carrots

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons fresh parsley -- finely chopped

1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook carrots until just tender and drain. Stir remaining ingredients in with hot carrots until coated. Salt to taste.
