Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup scraped -- sliced carrots
1/4 cup water
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup crushed pineapple -- drained
1 Teaspoon butter
 

Preparation / Directions:

Combine carrots, water, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and cook over medium heat about 10 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender. Stir in sugar, pineapple, and butter.
